Yesterday was the actual parade and the preview was on Friday.
Huiqun, Bryan, Terk Ming and I registered under Heartware as volunteers for this event.
Bryan, Terk Ming and I were in crowd control while Huiqun Traffic Management.
On Friday we were rather slack. Thus very bored.
However yesterday was a busy and tiring day.
Here is a short conversation between an uncouth auntie and Bryan.
I："Auntie, sorry but you are not allowed to stand here and watch."
She :"Shut up lahx you!"
I was shocked and walked away.
Bryan: "Auntie you really have to move, you cant stand here!"
She："You young people don't know anything, don't think you are very clever ok! Stupid"
Bryan : "Auntie! That's very rude of you..."
She: "yah, you are stupid, all of u here.. stupid!"
Bryan ：“Please get lost auntie!”
She then crossed the road angrily and came back five minutes later.
I guessed that’s due to the unfavorable view.
LOLX.
Then, she tried to complain to the police officers there…
She："This bunch of stupid people asked me not to stand here..."
The officer：“auntie, they are not stupid, you should respect them.”
She：“no, they are stupid, STUPID!”
The officer：“mind your words, I give you time, change your words!”
She walked away：“... stupid”
Shouted the officer: "you are the one who is STUPID!"
