Love hut

Someone is getting better and better not only in sweet-talking but also in handicrafts.

Today received this special little hut and a box of dark chocolate from him.

I was stunned when I saw the little house.

It was made by him, with match-sticks only.

It is so nice, and I was so touched.

Little Enqi asked me why jiujiu didn't give her one as well?

And she said that she is going to make one for herself too when she grows up!

Ps. It is too sad that the photo doesn't show the result of the skill, it looks far better than in this picture.

Chingay Parade 2010

Chingay 2010 is over.
Channel 8 has just broadcasted the parade and I managed to spot our troop for a few seconds though can't see our faces clearly.
And I must say I have really enjoyed being one of the Samba dancers.
We had fun for all the training sessions.

I would definitely join again for Chingay 2011.

Needless to add on, we have taken millions of photos and they are being uploaded to facebook.
Do check it out!

3 CAs next week, I don't know how am I going to die from this!.
Missed so many lectures and tutorials, my godness!!!!!

Chingay Rehearsal 060210

Anyway,
I am very tired now from the lack of sleep, but it's okay, will take a nap after uploading some pictures on Chingay.
My friends have been asking me what costume am I wearing and how's the Chingay training.
I have taken many photos while waiting for the rehearsals on Saturday, but I can't upload all, it's PA's rule.
I have to do so after the actual Chingay Parade.
So, here are some individual ones I think should be alright to share with you guys:

I was allowed to leave from the F1 pit as I was rushing to the Airport.
For only two rounds of rehearsals, we reached at 4.30 and left at 11+ pm.
Ample time wasted on waiting!!
After the event, I quickly changed ON THE SPOT and used wet tissue to remove the make-up then headed towards the airport.
Luckily the flight delayed for two hours, or else I wouldn't be able to make it on time.

High expenses for the month

Oh mon Dieu!!!!

I have calculated a few times, and everytime the calculation shows: $1820.09!

I just can't bring myself to believe that I have spent a total of S$1820.09 in this whole controlled month of January!

I know that I have spent a lot this month but thought the sum won't hit a 4-digit figure, and after a calculation, it does!
My highest expenses in a day is $477.31 while lowest is $4.40.
I don't know why a student like me will spend so much in just one month.
And, this month I have been quite thrifty and selective in buying things since I will be recording down every single cent I spend.
Furthermore, whenever I am with my boyfriend he would pay for all our meals and some other things, really there's no reason why I spent so much.

Gosh, I have not bought my New Year clothes yet, how?

If not for the records, I wouldn't know how much I will spend in the future and had spent in the past years when I didn't control my money then.

Seriously, no more free tuition to friends, no more embarrassments in taking my own money back, yes that's the way!
