1.Ravioli of Prawns Foie Gras in Light Lemon Crème ($15)
It was pretty interesting – the ingredients within the ravioli are generous, and the sauce was nice, but despondently, one could see the foie gras but not taste it - the prawns simply overwhelmed the former. In fact, it tasted more like our Chinese prawn dumplings served French style. The light lemon creme was wonderful! Thumbs up!!
2. Confit de Canard with Gratin ($17.50)
You must definitely give it a try if you visit the restaurant. The duck skin is slow-cooked to a perfect crisp, and fully flavoured. The potatoes that come with it were smooth and delightful too. I don't eat duck personally, but this is a dish well-liked by all diners.
