I have been in Shanghai for a month so far, things happened, both at home and at work. I truly understand that in the real working world, we cannot assume everyone to do things in the same way as we do. Neither can we expect them to accept our way of life. Sometimes when they misunderstand it, it may become the root to conflicts. It is really very difficult for one to find a true friend - someone who can accept all, if not most, of your habits.
A true friend is someone who knows when to take your words seriously and when not to. A true friend is one who knows how to appreciate your effort yet use action to say the big 'THANK YOU'. A true friend is one who doesn't mind spend money on you yet stingy to himself. A true friend is one who gives in in exchange for the curve on your face even though you are the one being unreasonable. A true friend is someone who keeps you accompanied when you need to stay up late. A true friend is someone who can speak everything under the sun yet not worrying you may find it bored or offended. A true friend is someone who finds silence comfortable between the two of you. A true friend is someone who gives his understanding before he tries to understand.
